Our Italian Late Garlic is from the Artichoke Group.
Grown chemically free in Balmattum, Victoria our garlic is hand planted, hand weeded and hand harvested to ensure the best quality garlic is produced. We take great care in improving our soil structure to ensure we are doing the best for the environment while also producing great garlic that our customer will love.
Known for its subtle garlic flavour, this garlic is perfect for adding to roasts and slow cooked meals. Italian late can also be added raw in salads to give a garlic twist to a classic dish.
